Tab Trade — What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
That last detail tells you something. It suggests the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
The instrument list: FX, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is broad.
What You Trade On
You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That should make the platform set when it arrives.
What You Pay
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most platforms that have spreads this tight require a minimum deposit. TabTrade does not.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not relevant to the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
This is the area where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run 100ms to 300ms.
Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering is strong. Few brokers with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
The FSRA Question
Now, the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this guarantee anything. It should inform your assessment.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense comes down to your priorities.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You deposit, they credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
